His background spans founding and exiting digital businesses, building and selling a retail operation, and holding senior leadership roles within enterprise eCommerce environments. This includes working closely with large and complex organisations to shape digital direction, navigate platform and system decisions, and support long-term commercial performance.

That experience informs how BSG operates today - with a strong bias toward accountability, pragmatic decision-making, and an understanding of how digital choices play out across real organisations, not just within digital teams.
